While we don't charge extra for cabin cleaning, an additional assessment will be made if there is damage or excessive cleaning required.

$100 non-refundable deposit per cabin for all bookings more than 90 days in advance - deposit will apply against rental fee.

There is no refund for early departure.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund with 30 days notice for stays of less than 21 days. For longer stays, 100% refund for cancellation to 60 days; 50% refund from 60-30 days; no refund after 30 days, but fees already processed are applicable to a later rental.*

 

*If you are concerned about possibly needing to cancel your trip due to either weather conditions at home, or because of the illness of a relative, we recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance. For a premium somewhere around 10% of the trip cost, you can usually get insurance, but do check to make sure that the coverage you select applies to your circumstances. One brand that one of our owners has used is Travel Guard, although that might not be ideal in your case. Also please note that many insurance companies require that you book with them very shortly after you reserve the trip.
